t-shirt

here's the 'targeting and winning' design for a t-shirt. Honestly, I think there's something missing from the design, but I just can't see what. The things I have tried just don't seem to work well. Would work on this further if I have the time, but my deadline target for this design is here, so maybe if I complete the next one early I can come back to this one.
